$50

No background, one character - this is an inexpensive option for those who just want a rendering of their character but cannot afford a more involved drawing. NO character or background addons may be made to this drawing - limited to one character, no BG!

$25 deposit on 5" x 7"

B. 8.5" x 11" or 8" x 10" Character Drawing
$100

No background, one character. Add additional characters or background options in section 2. Please let me know which size you want the final drawing to be when you email your description.

$50 deposit on 8.5" x 11" or 8" x 10"

C. 11" x 14" Character Drawing
$150

No background, one character. Add additional characters or background options in section 2.

$75 deposit on 11" x 14"

Commissions are OPEN Commissions may be closed at any time when I feel my schedule is too full, and reopened when my schedule clears a bit or I am massively broke. Current commission status The commissioning process: 1. Pay a 50% deposit on your commission - the buttons below automatically charge 50% of the cost of each feature, but mailed payments are acceptable. Shipping is included in the price. If you have purchased a Wilde Home membership - even if you have not yet received your membership card or prints - you are entitled to a 10% discount on a commission; contact me with your request and I will let you know the total, OR use the buttons below and state that you are a member in comments and I will refund the 10%. (Yes, you may purchase a membership just before purchasing your commission and get the discount; as long as the membership is purchased first, even by only 5 seconds, the discount is yours.) 2. Email your description to me directly. The more detailed your description, the better! Please note that I will not draw anything rated naughtier than a soft "R" - please refer to the works in my gallery for an idea of my limits. If you are not sure if your request will fit within my guidelines, you may email me a query before sending payment. Fanart of mainstream works is fine, but otherwise characters not belonging to either you or me require the permission of the character's owner. Use your best judgment as to what defines "mainstream." 3. After possibly clarifying your description, I will provide a sketch or sketches for your approval. (Complicated drawings will often get a rough layout sketch and then a more refined sketch after the layout has been approved.) You may request revisions of this sketch; I humbly request that you keep these revisions below 3 if at all possible, but I do want you to be happy with the final result. Once you have approved the sketch, I will commence inking and no further changes may be made to the drawing! 4. I will provide updates occasionally throughout the remaining process of completing your commission - generally after inking, marker tones, skin tones, and then the final drawing. Please expect this process to take 3 months or so - I will try for sooner, but I am a mother of three with a day job, and things do happen... 5. Payment of the remaining 50% of the commission cost is due upon emailed receipt of the final drawing. If payment arrangements are not made within a reasonable time of art completion, I reserve the right to auction the artwork to the highest bidder; your deposit will not be refunded in this situation. (Note that I said "arrangements" - I am flexible if there are issues, but these issues must be communicated within a reasonable time so I know what's up.) 6. If your commissioned subject is a character of my creation, I automatically reserve the right to make prints and otherwise use that image at my own discretion. If the character is yours (or someone else's), I automatically will NOT sell prints of that image unless you (or the character's owner) specifically give me permission to do so, in writing or over email. I do not sell prints of fanart.

Send payment! Paypal is preferred, but I accept checks and money orders - contact me for my current mailing address, and print a copy of the shopping cart for my reference. 4. Send your description! Your payment guarantees your placement in the queue, but I can't get started until I have a description. I still have two commissions that were paid for in 2005 but I have never received descriptions for! Don't forget! Please do not attempt to bargain down my commission prices - these prices are based on the current auction values of my artwork and the added time and effort of commissioned work. While I am sympathetic to the plight of poor students and other disadvantaged folk, the money from my artwork goes directly to supporting my family, and I cannot afford to sell myself cheaply. My kids deserve better.
