I still don't know how Victoria managed to talk Phaedra into dressing up like this to pose for her lingerie catalogue, but I have to admit that she looks good in white leather.  Still, she doesn't exactly come across as a cruel and heartless dominatrix (which I'm certain was Victoria's original intent), so I suppose I can't be too upset with the choice of ensemble.  Perhaps it is because Phaedra's innocence and kindly nature shines through her outfit that Victoria chose to add Noelle as an alternate cover model.

Artist's Notes:
Phaedra was only offered as a choice in the Victoria's Surprise poll as something of a joke; we certainly never expected her to come in first! However, I am a woman of my word, and so it fell to me to dress sweet, innocent Phaedra in leather. I decided it was best to go for broke, and outfitted her as a dominatrix - though in white. The insignia on the hat are taken off a photo of a Nazi general in one of my husband's history books. Prismacolor markers and colored pencils with Micron pen on bristol Board.
