Headmistress' Notes:
It should come as no surprise to learn that the Wilde Home's mascot is based upon her most beloved student, Phaedra.  Angels like her are the absolute rarest of treasures, and I cherish her every day.  For her part, Phaedra is simply happy to be a part of the Wilde Home, loving and gracious, and the best example I could hope to provide for my more wayward students.  If I may be so bold to suggest it, even Jezebel has been tempered somewhat by Phaedra's influence, and when she thinks she isn't being watched, Jezebel and Phaedra get along together quite famously.

Artist's Notes:
Phaedra's wings were long due for a makeover, so I researched actual wing anatomy (shocking!) and gave them one. The figure and drapery is loosely modeled after a photo of Geena Davis I ripped out of a fashion magazine long ago, though I made many changes. The background was a poser for me; I knew it needed SOMETHING but it took me a while to find a combination that balanced out. Drawn for the AnimeFEST! art show. Prismacolor markers and colored pencils with Micron pen on Bristol Board.
