Headmistress' Notes:
Phaedra is our darling, and though it has taken awhile to get her used to the idea of wearing clothes, I think we have finally succeeded in getting her to wear her school uniform during the day.  (I won't comment on the short hemline of her skirt, however, content as I am to take my victories as they come.  I will however have to resolve myself to intervening in Victoria's continued attempts to influence Phaedra's fashion sense, as I don't think I could deal with the sight of her in black PVC, and I know from previous experience with the Victoria's Surprise catalog that this is where Victoria intends to take her...)

Artist's Notes:
Members of the Wilde Home forum pointed out that Phaedra had never been drawn in her school uniform - obviously this needed to be rectified. No model was used. I have earned the admiration of Rachel's third-grade classmates after working on this for a little while on campus. Prismacolor markers and colored pencils with Micron pen on Bristol Board.
